Homemade Vegan Meats and cHEESES
It all started seven odd years ago with the need to have better cheese and meat substitutes. At the time, we found there weren't very many options for tasty vegan cheeses and meats that would have the right texture or consistency. Since then we've grown from a small local operation to a broader market on a regional and national scale. Our heart still lies in the local community, and you can find us in multiple farmer's markets and festivals around the city of Chicago on a weekly basis.
We create delicious vegan foods using only fresh, seasonal ingredients that are characteristic of the Midwest and purchased from as many local businesses and purveyors as possible. The idea here is utilizing locally grown food.
